Essential Bill Pay: Timely and accurate payment of all prioritized basic needs, including rent/housing, utilities, food, and necessary medical expenses.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhering strictly to all Social Security Administration (SSA) and state regulations.
Dedicated Bank Accounts: Establishing and maintaining segregated, interest-bearing bank accounts for the client's funds.
Accountability & Reporting (The Oversight)
This area focuses on transparency, record-keeping, and the required governmental oversight.
Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintaining meticulous, confidential records of every income deposit and expenditure.
Annual SSA Accounting: Timely preparation and submission of the mandatory SSA Annual Representative Payee Report (SSA623).
